I'm Bill Sullivan, and I've been working with PHP, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for 20 years. After 19 years as the CEO of a mid-sized ($12MM gross/year) roofing company (small enough, that I was also the resident IT professional - building and maintaining a state-of-the-art CRM tool for the company - and “fixing” the printer nobody plugged in), I started Sullivan Data Consulting to do the kind of work I'm really good at: solving website problems for small businesses that don't have — and don't need — a full IT department.

When you work with me, you're not handed off to a junior developer or routed through a support queue. You talk to me from the first message to the final delivery, and I bring the judgment that comes from having already solved most of these problems before.

I work with businesses primarily in the United States. I am available to you wherever you are via text/email/Zoom/virtually anything that works for you. I also keep my client list small enough that everyone gets a fast response and my full attention.
